San Jose Transmissions

Went to sj trans. To have a tranny rebuilt.After 1yr and 1600 miles over the warranty the tranny starts acting up. I take my car back and all they were doing was reading a check engine light. It has been 2 weeks and I have not gotten my car back nor any info on the problem. When I call they have all callls fwd to a cell phone. He (Robert)was not helpful because he is not at the place of business. After awhile during business hours they refused to answer my calls and would respond to me via text only.WTF Never experienced that before. Then they tell me they r sorry and although I am over the miles slightly they were gonna do rt by me so instead we are only gonna charge u 1200.00 for parts and labor. Mind u I brought car back after 500 miles and said gears slip slightly. They told me it was normal w Acuras Now to fix they want to charge me.Bullshit. these people are scam artist they also wrecked my car while in there possession.yes they repai re d it. When choosing this shop, beware .The ad was very deceptive and they are not as knowledgable. As they pretend to be.Remember the two weeks they had my car was just a diagnostic. Was supposed to be overnight. Oh as of writing this, they still have my car.
