San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I observed service advisors and listened to their telephone conversations with other fellow customers inquiring about their vehicles while I myself had been waiting for over an hour for my vehicle to be returned to me even though I was told yesterday that it was ready to be picked up. They are disorganized and will lie to you over the phone just to get you off their back until the next employee that will have to deal with you. I finally got home and a voice told me to look under the hood and the picture shows what I found. They forgot to put the engine cover back on... Now I have to go back all the way to San Leandro and waste more of my time so they can do the job the way they were supposed to.
