Santa Monica Autoworks

I brought my 2005 325xi here to have my brakes pads/rotors replaced. My warranty had just expired, so that was a good excuse to say goodbye to Santa Monica BMW's horrendous service department forever. My boyfriend (who knows cars much better than I) called 4 places for me and felt most comfortable with these guys on the phone. Mike and Brian were equally terrific in person. Friendly, honest, quick service, and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I will be back!
