This was about a year ago I went and the manager was very rude not sure if It is still the same person Now however she said that she couldn't do my eye shadow unless I had an appointment which isn't true because in Monterey all the girls will do your eyeshadow without an appointment it's only if you get your whole face done then she said that she could only do one eye if she was going to do anything
