The facility gets five stars. The staff interactions are adequate but nobody goes out of their way to offer stellar customer service. Staff, smile and acknowledge members you see every day! The other members, during busy times, are greedy AF with the weight machines. They plop their asses on the chest fly or chest press machines and stay there. One dude was there for 25 minutes after I started timing him. Ask to work in? I gave up a long time ago. This must just be the SoCal gym experience. Those same jerks are fascists about cleaning the machines after every use. Sorry, not a janitor here at all! My sweat can't give you cooties through your clothing! Handwashing is more effective than reusing the same old dirty wipes that everybody uses.

Best gym in the area well maintained very clean professional help enjoy going there 5 times a week for yoga body flow construction classes. Structures are excellence.
