This is an outstanding establishment. From the extremely friendly, consistent and professional service to the little touches such as fixing broken buttons on shirts and alterations that are always perfect, you could not ask for better service. I have had the pleasure of being Silvi's customer for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. This is the type of dry cleaners where you do not have to worry about anything and I never even bother to take my claim ticket because I know my cleaning is always there; cleaned and pressed to the very best quality. Any one who knows the LaCrescenta area knows that there is practically a dry cleaner on every block but Sivi's is the "diamond in the rough". There is just something about being able to have your laundry and dry cleaning done without ever having to think twice about it. If I were to have a complaint, it would be that I have gained weight from all the cookies, and pastries she offers each time you visit!
