Smog 'N Go

The Smog 'N Go off of Calvine Rd. is terrible, not sure about the other Smog 'N Go's but this place is full of incompetents. If u inconvenience them in any way by bringing in a car 5yrs. or older, more than likely your car will fail. Customer service is Non-existent here, it's as if your bothering them by bringing them business. And don't expect them to get dirty or for God's sake have to look under your car. Everyone I know who's failed Smog here gets the same recommended list of preferred shops to go fix the 'problem' at. Seems like a serious scam they got going with these shops they send people to. My recommendation would be to go to a Mom and Pop, Smog Shop, where you'll deal with a real mechanic who knows what they are talking about. Not these Yuppies who think they are doing u a favor by Smogging your car. They deserve -5 stars but Google doesn't have a negative star rating.
