Good variety of appliances and nice showrooms. We were happy with our appliance orders for the kitchen but for plumbing/bathroom items it was a different story. We placed an order in the North Hollywood showroom and they called us 5 weeks later to let us know that they never actually placed it. This set us back over a month in our renovation. Two other separate orders for plumbing supplies were missing pieces or held up and we literally had to go into the showroom and call all week because no one followed up with us. When we went in they said they had placed an email a week ago...no phone call to the vendor. The lack of a sense of urgency and attentiveness by the staff has become incredibly frustrating. We will not be ordering anything from this company again.
