I've only been here once but my experience was a good one, parking was fairly easy considering the location is on San Fernando Blvd and wasn't originally intended for regular retail businesses. Surprisingly there was no wait, from past experience businesses offering residential services with a recurring monthly bill always have at least one or two customers complaining about something and taking forever at the counter. I'm walked right in, went straight to the counter and walked back out within 3 minutes.
