Went here to activate an iPhone, the rep told me that I needed to buy a new sim card because the old sim card from my previous iPhone wasn't compatible. This made zero sense because the sim card was exactly the same, I decided to call Sprint first. When I talked to Sprint customer service over the phone he told me that there's no reason that I should need to pay for a new sim, they activated the iPhone in minutes over the phone. Always call your cellphone provider first, this isn't the first time I've been given false information at a physical location, these guys are just out to make a sell. I was gonna give them one star but they were quick to greet me and got to me fairly quickly, so I'll give them that.
