Stan's Body Shop

Stan is not the guy to go see if you are in a hurry to get work done on your vehicle. I made an appointment and took the day off of work to take my truck in. When I arrived, he barely knew me and said he didn't have time to fix my truck. Waste of time, a day off, and very irritating.

Extremely unprofessional. Lacking simple commitment to communicate completion time frames, irresponsible to the promises Stan made. Quoted me 14 days to complete the repair and took him 3 months, without even finishing the work. His business was unable to perform simple admin work related to insurance claims. Struggled with new vehicle repair tremendously, did not return phone calls, which consequently forced me to take my vehicle out of his hands and take it to a professional body shop in Fresno. Lied on a State Farm conference call about supplying a rental vehicle and making things right. Lost significant amount of my time and would not recommend his services. I hope Stan's and his daughter's lives situation gets better, so they can improve from poor repair work and customer service to something that is more acceptable for their customers in the future.
