Star Salon and Spa Cotati

I made an appointment with Le for a pedicure for 2:00. At 2:30 a woman sat down to help me. I didn't recognize her as Le, so I asked if she was Le. I was told that Le was on vacation. So why did I sit waiting for 30 minutes for Le without any explanation?. They explained that there was another Le who came to fill the water and told me that she would be with me in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I was still soaking. I just put my shoes on and left. I will not go there again.
