Overrated and overpriced. Location reviewed is @ Incline Village, NV. Drinks quality control is not the same at every location. Couple of times, I have gotten sick after drinking one of their lattes. Con: Milk is left outside on the counter with no refrigeration or ice. Pros: staff is kind and friendly.
