Starbucks

So the guy calls me a dude at first.....I don't look like a dude. Then I order my coffee and wait ......there is another guy in front of me waiting for his coffee and after 5 min. Of waiting.....the espresso machine is down. Doesnt work. The poor lady was very nice and offered to give us a refund plus a free what ever else. She deserves 5 stars but the dude.....I'll leave it at that.
