Scheduled an appointment over the phone which went smoothly. But once the day day came it was a mess. The sub install took about 7 1/2 hours and they seemed very unprepared even though I made an appointment.They were missing a part for my vehicle and had to pick it up from Modesto. After install I was looking at my car and noticed they broke all the plastic clips in my engine bay. As well as my back seat belt buckles were flipped around and could not be used. Highly dissatisfied with the install, feels like it was rushed even though they had my car for 7 ½ hours.
