Management and ownership is the worst in the industry. They rented me space for RV parking when they did not have the authorization needed by property owner and truck was towed off by city of Banning...(The property owner) after years of paying my space rent ON TIME. My little utility trailer was STOLEN OUT OF THE STORAGE AREA BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT UNLOCKED BY THE MANAGEMENT EVERY DAY, ALL DAY. The management at SMP are straight up liars and thieves.
A Mobil home park for 55+ plus citizens in which there have been many thefts and burglaries and the ownership and management REFUSE to hire a security guard. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PARK A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. IF YOU CONSIDER LIVING HERE YOUR STRAIGHT UP STUPID.
