Best customer service from Gary!! Despite being based in Florida, I Purchased two Blue Firmstrong bikes from Surf City Cruisers. Called Gary to confirm and although one bike was unavailable in the blue, he helped me pick out similar bike. - just as he promised... bikes are both awesome!! He then ensured that the bikes arrived on time for Christmas "with bells on". Our little girls love their new bikes. I will only purchase our future bikes from Surf City Beach Cruisers.
