Swartz Glass Co.

They are extremely disorganized and do not honor what they promise per telephone (I prefer to think that they are disorganized than that they act in bad faith). They have promised me a certain price per telephone (they gave me a discount because I found another store that had a better price) and they charged more when my husband went to get the glass. But the worse thing is that they treated me rudely when I called to talk about that fact and a men kept asking me: "Do you have any proof that we made a better price per telephone?" And the thing is that I have a proof, because the original price is scratched in the receipt. Well, in sum, I would never recommend this place for other clients. They are very rude and disorganized.
