Usually do not like to provide feedback unless it is good. However, this time it was not the case.
Personnel was not helpful at all. Customers are not approached and/or acknowledged when entering the store. People were left standing/wondering around without having an associate to at least communicate they will be attending them momentarily.
Att personnel at this location should do better. Remember your customers rely on you and your duty and responsibility as an att rep is to provide :
- Courteous customer service
- A welcoming environment to your customers
If you're busy, please let your customers know so and also state you'll be with them momentarily. Don't just leave them standing on a line that wil not be serviced.
