We went in expecting to quickly buy one phone, we were instantly made to feel right at home by an associate named, Heather Cash, and ended up not only getting the phone that we intended to, but another phone as well. She made sure that we knew everything about the phones and the financial options we had during the purchase and made the whole process not only quick and easy, but also extremely pleasant. Previous sale associates had been dishonest about the application of discounts that our family was eligible for, Heather not only made sure that we were aware of the discount, but she also went out of her way to make sure it was applied that day.
