Worst mistake ever!!!! I am telling everyone so they don't make the same mistake. We had problems with the service from day one....so we switched carriers. We were willing to pay more to not deal with them anymore. When we ported the numbers and I told them we were closing the account....THEY STILL KEPT BILLING US!!!!! I have disputed the charges twice!!! They even made a note that I called to cancel in feb and they still charged us until may!!! So frusterated because we have no choice to pay them or they will destroy our credit. They have sent us to collections and Short of getting an attorney(which would be fiscally unreasonable) there is nothing we can do.

Cant give - Stars....Worst ever!! How do they get away with ripping people off? Went into the office because the T-mobile update caused my IPhone to loose voice services. They couldn't fix in store and told me it would be a bout a week before I would have a phone back. Since I need my phone for work I was told I could get a $100 credit for turning in my old IPhone and upgrading to the new IPhone. Sure I was excited. Only a few extra dollars a month and I have the new 8. My sales rep Juan also informed me that I could have a screen protector and case "included" in my monthly payment and add a pair of Beats headphones for $2 monthly. Well I was just as happy as could be until I left the store. I reviewed my online account. Notice something wasn't right and called customer service. Come to find out Juan is a lair and a cheat. The screen protector was an additional monthly charge along with the case. The headphones were almost $9 additional monthly and Juan activated my new phone under one of my family members phone lines so I was paying for both the old and new IPhones! When I went back in to the store Juan made an excuse for everything. Got it all worked out but I wounder how many "mistakes" and "miscommunication" happen? Verizon Wireless Ill be calling you soon! :)
