I was worried about going in after reading all the negative reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had some friends visiting from abroad, and I really needed to get them the prepaid international tourist SIMs before they headed out on their road trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I got the activated SIMs in under 5 minutes.
