I went to seek help for my broken phone to be replaced due to accidental drop. Technician was not helpful. He wanted me to upgrade so I have to pay Insurance Co-payment of $175 PLUS $126 for upgrade, otherwise, they cannot help me but to call my insurance and I will get my replacement phone on the mail in 2 to 3 days. I felt devastated and I tried to go to another location, they were able to help me by just paying the $175 co-pay and I got my new phone. This location just want to make you spend more than what you are suppose to.

The wait is over 30 minutes for a payment, why? The customer service representatives are busy trying to up sell others and they end up not buying anything.
