Taco Rosa

I wish Taco Rosa has a different name since it is so much more than tacos. Taco Rosa is what I would class as Mexican Fusion or Modern Mexican. The names of the dishes are familiar, taco, enchilada, etc, but the ingredients, sauces and preparation are far from traditional. The lobster enchilada with roasted poblano cream sauce is one such example, and a favorite of mine. The kicker though is the drink menu. They have a great selection of sipping tequilas. Ever since I started doing business in Mexico and discovered the disdain the men have for margaritas (a drink for senoritas) I've become a big fan of straight tequila, but Taco Rosa is one place I cheat and drink margaritas because they have a couple of great unique ones.
