Friendly staff, helpful and polite. The store is well organized with fresh merchandise that is neatly displayed. Not the bargains I had hoped for, but 40% off regular retail, is about what you would pay with a coupon at Macys. The line was delayed at check out and the nice staff acknowledged the people waiting and apologized for the wait. If you like Talbots style (which is owned by the same parent company as Ann Taylor, located next door), check it out!
