One of the most deplorable financing companies on this earth. I have been a customer service supervisor for almost 7 years now and I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service, along with there terrible morals and policies. The employees are extremely rude and they will lie to you about many things, half of them can hardly speak English. Management does nothing about how their employees talk to customers. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes because the employee I was speaking with, was "checking with his manager" to see if he could waive the payment fee. He then came back to the line and said he got it approved to waive it. I then immediately noticed after the call ended I was charged the fee! I called back and spoke with a "manager" who said she has no clue what I was talking about because there is never a way to waive that fee. Also, if you want something mailed to you, like a receipt, forget it!!! They apparently can't do that either. The only way to make your payments is online, credit card or automatic. Online and credit card has a ridiculous $12 fee and automatic payments have to go through some hole in the wall bank from Walmart. Sketchy right?! Horrible company. I would NEVER recommend going to them. There interest rates are outrageous! I am so glad I got refinanced with a new company that actually cares about its members.I have been in the business of CPS and this has to be one of the worst companies in the world of financing in health care and supports domestic child abuse.
