HORRIBLE, I placed an order online 10 days ago to be shipped to the store for a gift. I called the store and spoke to the Manager of Guest Services, Amanda who stated the order was cancelled today. No reason why after 10 days they decided to cancel the order, and she stated "its not my prob--- I mean fault". "i have no idea why your order was cancelled" AMAZING.
