Margaret shouldn't be working the appointment book being she doesn't know the correct way to do it! She asked what day I said Sunday! She then stated they didn't have anything available Sunday but February 5th she did. I then asked what was the next available appointment?! She said what day? The next available one! She then stated the way that it works is you tell me the day and I tell you the time we have available. Uhm No the correct way is someone calls for an appointment you ask them if they preferred morning or afternoon and look for the next available time. Margaret then went on to tell me that's not how she does it. Well then maybe you shouldn't be the receptionist! She stated she isn't the receptionist, well then don't answer the phone!
