Ownership or Management changed! Thats about the only thing I can think about what happened to this place. Shermaine or Sherman the asian guy is no longer there. Now I am starting to look bad to the people I recommended to go to Tech City. My friends also tell me that customer service changed dramatically. Now it looks like im back to going to Geek Squad again bummer.
