Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite

Another example of horrible service at an overpriced hotel. Check in was fumbled as the person helping me didn't secure the room I wanted and another person at the front desk snagged it. Room service, which I had twice, was handled so poorly. Both times basic items were left off. I'm talking salt and pepper! When I requested what was missing I got such attitude. They had vending machines, which was nice, but no change machines. I went to the valet guys to ask for singles and they were dismissive, told me they didn't have any. Yeah, valet drivers with no singles. Again just rude. The day we checked out the front desk people couldn't have been more rude. Snickering and rolling eyes. The lack of professionalism was every where. The one bright spot was the conceirge. She was lovely and very helpful. Otherwise the accommodations were lacking and the staff was Ramada level.
