Thomas Craven Wood Finishers

Although I do not how Thomas Cravens work is, I do however know that he is not a man of his word. I was told by him to call back in 2 weeks in order for my wife and I to come look at his samples of his work as he was not available at the time we wanted to come in. My wife works weekdays and is not able to go to his shop so when I spoke to him about this he said he would meet us in a couple weeks at his shop on a weekend day. When I reached out to him to schedule a time he informed me that he does not meet people on the weekends. WOW. I was surprised to say the least as I followed his instruction to call for a time. Needless to say I will find someone else to refinish the piece i wanted done and give someone else my business and would never refer anyone to this company. Just be a person of your word Thomas.
