Vehicle was misdiagnosed. They specifically requested to replace brand new clutch installation that was done nearly a few months ago at different Toyota service center. Service manager called me and promised to return half of my money they charge for the service they did because of di l the for the issue... It's been nearly two months already and I still have not received my return... And they had the audacity to ask for my business all after the fact? I can no longer trust their word when it comes down to what happens in their garage. I wouldn't have bothered writing this review too if the HR and service managers provided a proper follow up with myself, since I've been going at their location for years!
I did report this same issue to toyota corporate; hoping that they take this valid complaint seriously and promote some changes at this Vacaville service center.
