A Tran's Bay Bike Shop

Business hours 11AM - 6PM unless of course the proprietor just decides she can't be bothered and shuts up shop. Arrived at 1:00 PM and waited for over 30 minutes. The sign said "Bike Shop Open" yet the inside door was locked and the owner arrived. Does the owner not live in the Bay Area and realize that getting to Treasure Island from anywhere in the surrounding area is a royal P.I.T.A. ? ! Not only was the shop closed during business hours but there wasn't even a note saying "back at whatever time". This is not only an extremely poor business practice but just downright inconsiderate. If you are looking forward to riding on Treasure Island, do yourself a favor and either bring your own bike or one rented from a legitimate business.
