Unfortunately you have to pick at least one star... Katie was a personal referral; not sure what she did to make one friend, but the experience was not pleasant at all. After showing us 3 houses, our next contact was with someone completely different, Gloria, who became our agent for most of the experience. No word or explanation from Katie on being pawned off on someone else. Gloria was very nice and usually responsive, but after finding a house and making an offer became sick near the close. At this point Katie stepped in, and almost sunk the deal in a matter a days. She was rude to me (her client!), rude to the sellers agent, and threatened to report the sellers agent to the DOC when I had to step in and call the seller and seller's agent directly to undo the damage Katie had done. At no time did I ever feel she had my best interests in mind, and truly never felt like a client. I strongly recommend you stay as far away as possible.
