Ulta Beauty

I am 50 years old and have been a long time customer of Ulta. I have purchased may items from various ulta stores, including this one. Sadly, or maybe not, I will not be returning to the Ulta at 9000 Ming Ave., Suite L2 in Bakersfield California. This store never has enough products in stock and has the worst customer service. I went into this store to make a simple return and was treated as though I was trying to steal or get away with something, incidentally the whole ordeal was the result of the cashiers mistake at the time of the original purchase of the item. None the less, I was treated as if I was the one to blame. Maybe it was her young age, but I feel that the manager who I dealt with was very inexperienced in customer service as she did not listen very well to me and her communication skills were lacking. Maybe she should work for the prison system instead! Really, treated like a criminal over a $6 exchange?? Is Ulta in that much trouble financially?? Who's robbing whom here?? Needless to say I will not be returning to this Ulta store or any other, enough is enough, and I will probably tear up my Rewards Card also. I do not need this kind of stress in my life. This is why people are choosing to shop at on-line sites such as Amazon. ( I only gave this review one star because I had to!!!!!! )
