Jesse detailed my nasty truck and made it look new again. Also the customer service was some of the best I've ever gotten. I would recommend them highly to anyone

On a very hot day I took my car to Universal Service / Gas Station because the tire pressure light of my car was on. Jesse (the owner of the shop) checked and diagnosed it immediately and told me that they were going to take care of the matter right away. And while the mechanic was fixing the problem Jesse suggested to stay inside of the store"... because it's hot outside". Inside Jesse as a great host was filling the refreshment drink dispenser for a lady with a kid. When another young guy came in for a car problem, Jesse again like a parent suggested him to wait inside to avoid the heat. Not only this pleasant and caring gentleman is very knowledgeable specialist (diagnosed momentarily and correctly) but he is simply very kind and honest person. He didn't charge me for fixing the tire pressure and even told me to bring the car back if the problem would persist. ( In similar cases we can always leave tip). I am really happy and thankful that there are still people like Jesse.
