Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

My phone had been stolen the day before the first day of my school quarter and I was so stressed out about not having a phone to be able to communicate with my boss and colleagues. I had gone to the verizon kiosk in Costco first but the guy was so unfriendly I decided to try my luck with the verizon store across the street. Best decision EVER!! Jack was AMAZING! He was kind and patient and answered all of my questions! Even after he had sold me the phone he took the time to walk me through how to use it and because I was switching from an Iphone to an Android he made sure that there was a way to transfer all of my Iphone information before I purchased the droid. I was so stressed out about having to get a new phone but Jack made my experience enjoyable! I highly recommend! I couldn't have asked for better, friendlier service.
