This Review is over a year late! The fact that I am remember now and an still writing it is a statement of how unforgettable the service was! I had a bottle of wine break in my suitcase and stain 6 custom made shirts! was devastated and had only the clothes I traveled in for my week of trainings! I dropped them of at VIP and the owner who was the nicest guy in the world said "don't worry we will fix them" He did, and 24 hours I had all my shirts back looking amazing! all I can say is it was unforgettable service! Thank you!

Alex is honest, prompt with service, lets you know when he might not make your deadline (which is rare), never a wait time for drop off and he tells a joke or two :)
