Visalia Metro Cuts

I went in to get a color correction from green hair to a medium caramel brown. The girl I got, she was super nice at first then towards the end started lying to me. She told me there was no breakage at all in my hair when I clearly saw hair falling on the cover. Also during the bleaching process, she had another client and paid more attention to her and talking when I was paying 100+ for services. She then "layered" my hair, then curled it. I didn't want my hair styled curly...the color was this light rose gold....it was too light. When I got I home I straightened my hair and it was choppy. One side was 3 inches shorter than the other side. I'm guessing she curled it so I wouldn't flip a wig in the salon about the choppy layers. I was there all day long just for her to ruin my hair. I had high hopes going in only to be disappointed.
