Prescriptions are never ready when they notify you that they are. My doctor sent in a prescription to be filled on a Thursday. I called in that day and every day for a few days after to see when it would be ready and it was never ready, according to their automated phone system. Finally, I called and actually spoke to a pharmacist on Tuesday afternoon, who said they could get it ready for pick up by 6:30pm. Every single time I went to pick up a prescription after I was notified of it being "ready for pick up," I was still stuck waiting at the pharmacy for close to an hour before I was able to pay for it and leave. I'm not sure what the problem is, whether they're understaffed or what, but this is VERY frustrating.
