I came in w/ a script for cough medicine that wasn't in stock. Very small amount for a 4-pound dog, geriatric, for a cough. I was told they would order it and have it by Mon or Tues. Next day I get a call saying not until Friday or for me to drive even further to another W for the script. I had already gone 10 miles to them. They would not have it sent in from another W pharmacy because they said it was illegal. I don't see how it's true from the same company. Nonetheless, I felt the customer service was atrocious and that i, a crippled old woman, and her ancient tiny dog should be treated like drug addicts who need to drive all over the county for less than half a cup of cough medicine! I had planned to change my own scripts to them since the local CVS pharmacy is insensitive to the sick, aged and crippled, but these people are just as bad making false commitments, reneging, then doing nothing to help. The dog and I are both old and sick and need our meds. I am getting a fresh script and trying elsewhere, but not at this place. I need a place who cares about the customers they serve.
