Terrible experience! I couldn't believe the price, they wanted to charge $160 for my truck! The guy then gave me 50% off, but still 80$ is high, but it was Sunday and I had to register my truck the next day, so I didn't have a choice! Then my truck failed the test, I had someone else look at it to try to figure out why it failed and my technician believes it failed because they removed a part and did not replace it! This part must be removed for one test, but needs to be put back on for the emissions test and was not put back! The guy at the smog place was very rude and unapologetic, I feel I should get a free retest since it very well could have passed the first time if they had just done their job right! They have cost me a whole lot of extra time and money by doing their job incorrectly, and they do not care! What they did was illegal, immoral, and flat out wrong! Had they apologized and made any attempt to remedy the situation, I would have been happy, but they did not, and now I am about to file a BBB complaint.
