Worst experience ever! Patricia the manager in the back made me deposit my check through an atm. She didn't want to take my check because it wasn't from the same bankand because the check was for my mom who doesn't have a bank account. She told me she would be putting a note in my account for fraud and also told the attendant over the walkie, which I heard, to I.D my account and make sure it was my account. She wasn't descent enough to make sure I didn't hear her say that. I turned around and gave the attendant my I.D and and my card so he wouldn't have any suspicion that the account wasn't mine. If I could give this bank zero stars I would. Patricia is a terribly rude manager and should not be sitting in that bank!
Don't know how this wells Fargo has four stars it's not the service that's bad, it's the minimal amount of staffing that wells Fargo provides to a minority city bank. Three windows open for 40+ people. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered with wells Fargo. But don't let it be Glendale or Beverly hills, because there's 5 Windows open just to serve 10 of their preferred customers
