The staff got my order wrong were insanely disrespectful when made aware of it they wouldn't even come over to the register to talk to me about they just stared at the wall not even facing me and mumbled a response about not refunding phone orders and all I wanted was to get and pay for what I asked for she told me I can pay for the whole thing and get my stuff or get a refund so I asked for a refund to which she said "fine take your refund and get out" I am honestly shocked because I have never met someone so unprofessional in the work place what is even more shocking is that she proceeds to boast that she is the owner when I ask for her manager and to not worry because she owns nine wing stops and she will be just fine without my business what is crazy is all I asked is why she had to talk to the wall in the corner when responding to me and why couldn't she do a refund and she proceeds to shout in front of all her guest for me to get out when I call he unprofessional for claiming to own the place and then treating her customers so terribly I literally have never had such an unprofessional encounter a minimum wage employee at Ma Donald's has more decorum then this supposed wing stop business mogul her name was Keyonni which she refused to give to me and snarled that i can read it on the receipt. Thanks Keyonni used to order from this wing stop all the time now just because I wanted to pay for what I asked for and you disrespected me so greatly talking down to me the way you did I will never come back there until I know you are gone
