Yosemite's Four Seasons Vacation Rental

Reasonable location (20 min from Yosemite valley), but terrible bed, broken refrigerator, and bad management. The double bed was the hardest I've ever seen, so hard that the pull-out couch was better). The refrigerator in the kitchenette was broken and unplugged, but looked fine so we put our food in it when we arrived late at night. The next morning, food was spoiled. Then we found another refrigerator in the closet, that worked. The office management didn't care that our food spoiled, and didn't even understand that having a good-looking but non-functional refrigerator in the kitchen was just asking for problems. The room hadn't been cleaned when we got there at 9pm. When we found the live-in manager (room A101, which we just lucked into), they cleaned it nicely, but the office management didn't care or apologize.
