When I first started coming here (about a year ago), their service was really good. They used to do a detailed job and left no spots. But I think there has been a change of staff, which affected the quality of their service. I came back from there one time with bird dropping almost untouched. It was unacceptable since I had tipped them quite generously. Also, REALLY hard to communicate with them because everyone knows only a few words of English. Not saying that's bad, I completely understand they're immigrants, but they should've kept someone who speaks English because I can either do an "outside only" job or "everything" (they only understand these two words as it seems). But I can't have a combo, i.e. outside wash and vacuum only but no wheel wash, which is very inconvenient.
