Worst hotel ever. My stay here happened during the fires of 2007. Somebody went and set Camp Pendleton on fire and all of us bright eyed bushy tailed boot Marines were shuttled like cattle to this airstrip from SOI. At first it wasn't so bad, sit on the runway and get a sunburn. By day two the air had turned pretty dark from ash but hey, at least the sun was gone. As the SOI instructors reduced in numbers (due to trying to get all of their belongings out of the fire's path) a sort of Lord of the Flies chain of command style took place. The next couple days were pretty fuzzy but I think I may have ate a guy. One star, wouldn't stay here again.
