Staff was amazing. But I've been here several times before and it's been alright. Not great but decent place to watch a movie. My problem is this last visit was very jarring. Management is not really organized. They had the food prep employees running g around them seemed confused. I ordered nuggets and they were small. I'm not expecting a full meal here but any fat food joint can give you the same amnt for a 1/6 of the price. We stood at the counter to get our food and it literally took 20min for somebody to ask is if we need anything. That's just embarrassing. We bought imax tix and it was the saddest attempt of imax. It wasn't. It was a standard screen. Tickets cost 20$ each and I felt I overpaid for the experience. Place was clean. They're stingy with the jalapenos. The Dolby option wasn't advertised or rocket sold online so when I got their I was bummed out since I would preferred better sound then that wack imax. And the help desk couldn't explain the difference between them both. It was all weird and constantly felt like I was being overpriced and nickle and dined for each experience.
