Unsure how officer DOHLE is still allowed to be on patrol. If you watch the youtube video by Johnny Five o, you would see officer DOHLE & the lady cop(who is just as guilty because she never stopped the tyrant) harass & bully a citizen TAKING PICTURES IN PUBLIC FROM A PUBLIC SIDEWALK! The last 3 officers that showed up need some retraining asap before allowed back on the streets too...I mean, is this what is taught? How can these people believe what they were doing was right? That tin badge DOES NOT allow them to take away peoples' rights. A PATHETIC SITUATION ON BEHALF OF ALL OFFICERS INVOLVED.
