Cartelligent - Marin/San Francisco

I used Cartelligent once ten years ago and was extremely pleased. I just got off the phone with a sales person and sadly it appears both their business model and quality of customer service have changed. The sales person seemed very annoyed that I had already spoken to a couple of dealers and gotten quotes. She even went so far as to ask why I didn't just go with one of those dealers! She kept repeating, "We don't compete on price, we are a consierge car buying service." Overall her tone was snooty and offensive. I'm afraid that price is still going to be an important factor for most customers. Sadly I will no longer be recommending this service to my friends, which I have done many times over the years.
